Cocoroman,

3.6.2 definitely worked for me (regarding screen build time) and what I was using until Tim fixed the issue.
This is what I did:
1. First, I uninstalled the version of SD I had on my device (3.6.2). Possible that didn't need to be done.
2. From your device open up the SD forum website, find the post from Tim (about the fixed version), and click on the url for the new version.
3. Your device will start to download the new version program file. It is a file with a name extension of ".apk"
4. I had previously downloaded a file viewer (a bit like Win Explorer) so I could view files on my device. Maybe you already have this app on your device.
5. Using the "file viewer" app find the downloaded file. Should be in "Downloads" folder.
6. Click on it and it should start to load/install. You may have to allow/enable installations of apps from non-PlayStore sources.

Firstly save your SD settings to the SD cloud so you can import them after the upgrade.
3.6.2 will work but Tim has also produced a "fixed" version of 3.6.5 for Android.
Have a look in another thread in this section.

Hi Tony, thanks a lot, I have tried the 3.6.2 didn't make any difference, reverted back to 3.6.5. Also tried Tim's solution, didn't know how to do it. It is a code file, and I don't know how to go with it. Thanks again.

Hi there, I have latest vers, of SD on my Nexus 10. And it is really slowed down. I have heard that if I revert back to Vers. 3.6.2 it will get quicker again? In case if I do that, should I have to re-install all back again? Thanks for the reply's..
